The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse. If Lakeview Sheds performs your site preparation, we extend the guarantee from 5 years to 7 years.
Lakeview Sheds offers full-service garage delivery and setup within 100 miles of our lot location in East Freedom, PA, convenient to Bedford, Altoona and Huntington, PA.
Most garages require only a simple, flat stone pad to ensure level installation and proper drainage. A stone pad must be prepared prior to the installation of your new garage.
Garages may also be placed on a concrete foundation. If you've ordered your garage built on site, we will build it on a concrete foundation.
If you aren't able to prepare the stone pad or concrete foundation on your own, our garage builders can handle it for you for an additional charge. As a bonus, when we provide your site preparation service, we extend your garage warranty from 5 to 7 years.
